How Did New Lawn Artificial Grass Ltd Form For You?

Having owned property and installing artificial grass I began to take a keen interest to the market and the sheer demand for the product. I have a growing business portfolio and New Lawn Artificial Grass Ltd made perfect sense to me. I have been good friends with Jacob and James for years, it’s been a business venture we’ve discussed previously and now its taken shape.

How Have You Found Being Operations Director?

This is a role I always felt suited my mind-set and ability, it takes meticulous planning to ensure our customers weather they be residential or commercial receive the level of service they expect from a professional company. We take great pride in ensuring our customers are truly satisfied throughout the process.

Tell Us A Bit More About Your Background.

I began working as an electrician however I noticed a gap in the market for healthy alternatives to quitting smoking. With this in mind I set-up a number of ‘Premium Vapes’ stores across the country.

Since then I have been able to re-invest financially and am part of a chain in the sunbed industry called ‘Tantalise’. We have a number of branches in areas such as Ascot, Fleet & Weybridge.

What Is Your Role Within New Lawn?

Essentially anything technical. With previous experience in web design and development, I have years of experience developing brands and building websites. From concept to development I manage the website and creating innovative ideas on assisting our customers to understand the product in more depth.

Where Does Your Experience Lie?

The majority of my experience lies within web & graphic design, marketing and running a business day to day. I have also worked within the estate agency sector and for BMW Finance.

What’s your ‘best bit’ about New Lawn?

I’d say it’s the the opportunity to develop and grow a brand which has far fewer boundaries and steers clear of traditional corporate messages. For years, I have worked with a small team of individuals and New Lawn provides the opportunity to network further and make key decisions as part of a larger team.

Tell Us A Bit About Yourself.

I have been working within the online marketing niche for almost 6 years now and co-own a web development and online marketing agency with James.

Artificial Grass has always been a niche that I’ve paid attention to, there aren’t many products/services that can be applicable to an entire nation. This is definitely one of them and I’m looking forward to seeing how much dominance we can place on the industry.

How Did You Get Into Online Marketing?

It was a service I was introduced to by a friend, after completing in-depth research I realised it was an area I wanted to specialise in. After working within the niche for a few years I noticed that a lot of ‘unknowns’ surrounded online marketing due to specialists within the niche not wanting to reveal their secrets and then so called ‘experts’ talking nonsense online and confusing the masses.

I believe my knowledge within online marketing will mean we’re always one step ahead of all competitors in the artificial grass niche, keep an eye out on Google and other major search engines for www.newlawn.co.uk!

Where Do You See New Lawn In 2 Years Time?

The aim is to have installers across the main cities in the United Kingdom. I want to ensure our customers are provided with the level of service you would expect from a company when inviting them into your home or commercial premises. My biggest priority is ensuring our customers are happy with the service from initial enquiry to job completion. We need to remember that this is a premium service, the market need to stop receiving poor quality work and receive an end product that is worthy of their hard earned money.
