From the initial contact they were quick to respond by sending a representative to measure up, provide advice and I received a competitive quotation within 24 hours.The fitters were polite, professional, and worked hard to complete the job within the timeframe. New Lawn have done a fab job with our artificial grass. We had our new grass within 3 weeks of them coming out to quote us and we couldn't be more pleased with it. The guys who installed it were polite and you would have never known they had been as the garden was left nice and tidy after they had finished. We both work full time so do not have a huge amount of time for gardening and we also have a dog which likes to pee in the same places so the grass was dead - now we have a lovely looking lawn which can be used all year round - and no muddy footprints!! I contacted new lawn to get my garden replaced with artificial grass. They were so quick to answer any questions and Jonny arrived at my property to measure up the next day - about ten minutes after he had left I received a full quote via email from the main office. The price was really good value, the install team were extremely courteous and professional and best of all our new lawn looks amazing! Thanks guys

What a difference it's made - a few years ago I would never have considered artificial grass, but it looks so real. I went for the New Lawn Luxury in the end and it looks even better when it's been laid. Thanks

I got in touch with New Lawn to have some artificial turf put down at the rear of our office block. It was a large area and look 5 days to complete. Every day I was given an update on progress and Jonny was very friendly and professional throughout. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the new lawn team

Luke and the others (sorry I forgot names) arrived bright and early to install our new grass. It took a full day and they worked late to ensure it was finished. My kids are already out this evening playing on it
